I don't know what key you're in, but here it is in the key of C major.

1st part: E E E(2 beats) E E E(2 beats) E G C D E(4 beats)

2nd part: F F F(dotted note) F(quarter note) F E E E(quarter) E(quarter) E D D E D(half note) G(half note)

Repeat 1st part and then play:

F F F F F E E E(quarter) E(quarter) G G F D C.
