Hi, I have a kind of nice dilemma. Do you have any thoughts?
I have just started taking high dosage Omega 3 and have experienced immediate and marked alleviation of chronic lower back pain.
I am booked for a Cortisone injection in L4-5, L5-S1 joints early next week.
I am now seriously considering cancelling the appointment.
I started taking a lower dose of Omega 3 a few weeks ago. I ran out and didn't take any for a couple of days. In that time my back pain flared. Yesterday, I bought high strength liquid fish oil. Yesterday and today I've had an amazing improvement. Of course, it could be just coincidence but nothing has reduced the pain to this extent for a long while, although there is the odd day here or there that it's better.
I've had the appointment for injections booked for a while because it was getting too bad to sit for hours for work. Would you cancel and see how it goes?
