Hi .. I am 29 years old and don't like to eat fish so don't eat fish ... i started to take Fisol fish oil capsules 2 in a day for past 10 days ... i have been getting mosquito bite kind off itching rashes 2 to 3 in a day ... will these fish oil will cause these .... because on the same day when i started these capsules i went for hiking so i was thinking till now that it is from mosquito which bit me while i was in hiking? ... you think i should proceed with these fisol or just go for ground flaxseed a tablespoon a day ... which is better.
