Olive Garden Gonorrhea?

My girlfriend works at an olive garden here in washington, where I live, and she heard from another co-worker that a customer who ate out at another olive garden in a near by city had contracted gonorrhea from eating the food due to infected semen in the food. Apparently, the story goes that it was a lady who was eating out with her friends and after eating for a while, they all decided that they were going to pack up the rest of their food and call it a night. The next day, the woman wakes up with sores all around the inside and outside of her mouth and goes into panic mode. She immediately goes to the doctor and later comes to find out what she has is gonorrhea. The doctor asks her if she can remember doing anything that may have caused this, she says the only thing she did yesterday was eat at the restaurant. so she brings in the left overs and the doctor tests it for gonorrhea, it comes up positive. Now, I think this story is way to far fetched to be true in my oppinion, but my girlfriend is very adament in the fact that this is true. So I'm asking if anyone could possibly shed some light on this for both of us? Thank you. :]
