just bought an MKII..
it runs good and what not, there's just two problems I am facing.
currently, when at a stop sign and I engage first, it makes a clunk? Is this to do with a shot bearing or perhaps an engine mount?
and my second problem is in 2nd gear, I get some "wabble" at around 2500 rpm's..this only seems to happen in 2nd at around that speed..and at higher speeds my steering wheel shakes.. does that all have to do with unbalanced wheels or wheel alignment? or is it to do with the chassis? or something completely different?
I know its an old car, so its not really concerning me a lot.. but at the same time I hope its not hurting anything vital!
