Older Acura TL question?

I am looking at 2 different older Acura TL's a 1995 & 1996 2.5 TL. Both cars have high miles 1 has around 176k and the other 196k. Both are priced below $2600.

How long can/will these cars last?
Do they seem like a safe investment?

Does it seem like to big of a risk b/c of high miles?
How much longer will they last?
