After going through some old boxes I came across a stock certificate in my name for 9 shares of common stock for SONESTA INTERNATIONAL HOTELS. The date at the bottom of the certificate corresponds w/my 18th birthday (a long time ago). How do I determine if its valid as I've never heard of the company. Of course I'm interested in finding out if its worth $$$ so any help will be appreciated.
