old mazda very rough idle?

my Mazda 626 1986.

at some lights will have a rough idle. my cousin who doesn't know too much about cars said i may of blown my head gasket. i also found today that some of my water is leaking in the regionof my water tank but i'll check that tomo morn.

i know pretty much nothing about cars so please try to keep answers simple
