So i was driving back to my house after i got into a fight with my gf. she got pissed that i play combat arms all day and dropped me so i had to dump her. she didn't like that too much and dropped me again. Anyway i'm not in a good mood at all. I'm only a few blocks away from my house and i stop at a stop sign. this old lady with a cane starts to cross but shes really slow, so i roll down the window and tell her to hurry up. she just kept walking slow so i honked. she looked at me but then continued walking slow. she must have been retarded or something. i screamed at her and revved my engine. that didn't work so i hit her with my car a little bit and she hit the hood with her cane and made a big scratch. Is this considered vandalism or property? can i sue her for the damages?
