I recently bought a gold broach from a charity shop. I have tried to find out its history. Can anyone tell me where it is possibly from, I have looked on the web for assay marks but the mark does not seem to correspond with any of the ones I have looked at. It is .625 (15 carat) with the letter R not sure about the assay mark.
