I'm gonna give this a shot. there used to be this cooking show or cooking segments coz it was usually just a recipe or two not an entire show..anyway it was the 80's or 90's..the host was this small oldish lady with dark hair tied in a bun and she always wore nice clothing with pearls etc...and the setting of it was that she;s preparing for a dinner party and she always made small portions. she would put them in small porcelain spoons like those chinese ones...i need to know the name of this show/host. i think it was like Margaret or something. PLEASE HELP!
