Oklahoma Garden Ideas?

I'm planting a good sized garden this summer, including squash, tomatoes, zucchini, radishs, green beans, cucumbers, bell peppers, jalepenos, canteloupes and watermelons. But I was hoping to add some more fruit. Does anybody have and ideas for some fruit that grows well in southeastern Oklahoma? Thanks.
