So I am a freshman in high school and I go to a really small school. I entered without knowing anyone at all. So on orientation I found this girl and even though I thought it was more at the time...if I'm being completely honest with my self, It was a crush based entirely on physical attraction at the time I believed I cared for her way beyond that but once I got over her, I realized she is completely fake and vain.
Then I developed a crush on a girl who was initially flirty and appeared as if she had a crush on me. We became descent friends and then she stopped all together and got nervous and awkward around me. She also developed a huge crush on a sophomore and he likes her as well. I initially spent days upon days crying none stop. It took a while and I had to rip the passion for her from my soul, I had to look for every possible flaw but I got over her.
Okay, let me explain this, my school is really small. I hang out with a group of sophomores (guys and girls) and a couple of freshman guys. Most of the relationships at our school are between grades (Fresh-Soph, Soph-Jun). I just got over this last girl (Both of the girls I liked previously are freshman) now I like a girl who is a sophomore...She's not my usual type. She's shy and quiet, as am I...I'm usually into more outgoing girls. My best friend (also a sophomore) convinced me to go for her...and I think I will.
Anyway, How should I go about getting this girl to become my better friend (She is in my group of friends I hang out with and I have 3rd and 4th period with her) and eventually dating her. Oh and also we both usually show up like 45 minutes before school starts and there are only a few people there.
