Okay this is really weird and kind of annoying?

So I recently turned 14 and since then things have been kind of weird. Like my sences have gone crazy I can see everything hear everything and smell everything. I know it may sound weird but heck it is, like the other day my parents were whispering in another room and I could hear every single word they were saying and it happens all the time now like I can hear everything. Same with smells I can smell like a cigarette or something if I'm in my room which is in the basement and someone is smoking upstairs in the front yard. And my sight, well I can zoom in on things and make things sharper like really sharper like I've never seen before and everything is just so clear and what the heck is up with this.
