okay this is a little weird but i need answers?

okay so i am a 36 B and my nipples are really big, and i hate how they are, when they get hard they look like nipples but other then thats its kinda gross, I'm afraid to show my boyfriend or even let him touch them, i want to know what you guys think about this.
I'm afraid he will make fun of them or call them salami nipples and tell his friends PLEASE HELP ME
