Here are the type of legs that I want. I am 5'5, or 5'6.

Now, what kind of exercises would help with this? Would using the thigh master every day for about a month work, and using the elliptical machine? Please help me in finding out what exercises would help me achieve these types of legs. Also, no comments like "don't eat.", and "starve yourself.", or things like "that is too skinny." Thank you
