Okay, so I'm injury-prone and I play sports.....?

Okay, this looks long, but it will take you about 1 minute to read, so please bear with me.

I've been playing sports since I was 5 years old (I'm a teenager now), but now I'm starting to think maybe my body isn't physically cut out for sports. I always seem to be injured. From things like broken fingers to sprained ankles, it's always something. For over a year now, I've been battling knee problems. I've been to various doctors and had MRIs and x-rays, but no one knows what's wrong. I have bad shin splints, too. Recently I've been having pain in my lower back.

It's always seemed like I had the physical assets that I needed for sports- speed, quickness, and strength. But I guess I'm just injury prone. Is there anything I can do to increase the durability of my body? When I do get my back better, I want to get stronger to prevent these injuries from happening. I'm frustrated and willing to try just about anything.
If you are going to copy and paste meaningless answers, I would prefer you didn't answer. (That report button looks mighty nice about now.)
And the important thing to remember is that nothing obvious caused these injuries. I randomly started having knee problems. I never hit my knee off anything or fell weird or anything like that. Besides, bad pain for a year wouldn't be the result of something minor like that. And I can't remember doing anything to my back either.

ok it seems you have brittle bones. in other words your bones cant handle those hard hits. I would suggest drinking a lot of milk and if you want and can buy some bone vitamins. It seems that you just have brittle bones and if these happen on accident as in the person was not trying to hurt u than you do have brittle bones. If the person was than these ideas will help strengthen them so u can brush it off and get back on the field.
