okay, i heard that if your pee is yellow you are dehydrated.
&
and My bF thinks that if its clear then you are dehydrated.

WHICh Is iT?
 
Darkening of the urine is a symptom of dehydration. Are one of you dehydrated? Other symptoms include rapid weight loss, increasing thirst and dry mouth and weakness and light headedness
