okay i need help with my fish wtf?

i have life a 200 gallon tank and everything is perfect in it so yea i got new fish to add to my life 20 other and this one ONE OF MY NEW ONES has been like just floating from top to buttom for like 5 hours and breathing thou wth is that i have never seen it before like if you hit it with the net it starts swimming what is is
 
The fish need a little bit of oxygen to live.
You can buy oxygen tablets from your local aquarium...

My fish was like that for a while, but then it got okay after we added the oxygen tablets...

it may think it sees a meber of the oposite sex in the reflection and also fish do wierd things my sis had a betta that went up and down for 3 years strieeght everything should be ok
 
What kind of fish is it? Are you sure that it is compatible with the water levels in your tank? You could have purchased an already sick or injured fish, or the water levels in your tank may not be perfect. There could be a lot of reasons.
