Okay having a problem with my excersise bike HELP PLEASE :/?

I have been riding my exercise bike for 3 days now every day for an 1hr and 20 minutes where i burn 1,000 calories..just today while i was riding my normal bike my thighs and bum started feeling sore..not because of "muscle being built up" but the seat...the seat hurts really bad=/ on the exercise bike...what should i do because i'm trying to tone my legs and thighs and want to get skinnier and i love what the exercises bike does..and how many times a week should i ride? would 6 times a week be bad
 
you should work out every other day. When you work out, the burn you are feeling is essentially the tearing of the muscle tissue on the cellular level through lactic acid. In order to develop muscle tone your body must first rebuild itself. It takes at minimum, a 24 hour period before your muscles have repaired themselves. when you are sore what you are feeling is the remnants of lactic acid still in your muscular tissue.

In order to limit the intensity of soreness, make sure you are well hydrated before, during and after, working out. have an increased protein meal 30 minutes to an hour post working out because muscle synthesis (rebuilding of muscular tissue) is at its peak within that 30 min- 1hr time frame.
