...then take it again when i get back? Pretty self explanatory. Is it enough to keep my muscles from tearing down if i have a banana and 1/2 of a protein shake (12g protein) at 4 or 5 am before my workout. Then when i get back i have some oatmeal with a serving of that protein shake? (24 g protein+7g protein from oatmeal)
