OK this is going to sound weird, but how can I LOSE muscle mass?

I'm an 18 year old girl and my body fat percentage is pretty low- around 10%. But I'm pretty muscular. Not like scarily so, jut a little bit more than I'd like to ideally be...it wouldn't bother me, but I don't want to stop exercising and stuff, so I'm only worried about bulking up MORE. I'm 5'3" and weigh about 125 and some of my weight is also made up by my having...well I'm just gonna say DD size. Apparently they're not mostly fat. Or I'd've lost some size there don't you think? And my pants size is like 3-5. So basically, in my situation, how would I lose some of the extra bulk? Anyone been in this situation before?

I KNOW it's a weird question.
