Send Obama over and see if his theory of "change" works with Koreans. He might have to "change" his foreign policies.

North Korea is stepping at the rake big time on this one though. With this launch it made Russia and Japan very suspicious, much more than the US. Which I wouldn't blame them, don't think I would want my communist neighbors testing missile launches around my borders either.
