ok so, I've heard that neutering makes your dog less aggressive?

i have a 6 month american rottweiller and a lot of people have told me if he gets neutered he will become less aggressive, less protective, and most of all a soft dog. I want to breed him but there is so much work you have to find a female and all what should i do i need the pros and cons of neutering
