I m not allowed to go to a gym coz my mom thinks i have lost weight drastically(true) and turned bony(not true).she's the traditional type that wants her kids to be well fed and fluffy looking.So I have more fat and CHO intake than protein.I have lesser appetite these days due to ulcer thats why I have lost weight.Im 121 lb and am 5 ft 3".I look quite medium but I have a belly that destroys my self esteem.I just wanna shrink it alone nowhere else.any thing I cant do from home???how (with clear instructions please...)?
