Ok...so I ve never been to a gym,but my tummy needs flattening-and fast?

I m not allowed to go to a gym coz my mom thinks i have lost weight drastically(true) and turned bony(not true).she's the traditional type that wants her kids to be well fed and fluffy looking.So I have more fat and CHO intake than protein.I have lesser appetite these days due to ulcer thats why I have lost weight.Im 121 lb and am 5 ft 3".I look quite medium but I have a belly that destroys my self esteem.I just wanna shrink it alone nowhere else.any thing I cant do from home???how (with clear instructions please...)?

What are basic exercising measures to be followed?im pretty new at this.HELP!
 
u can do some ab crunches at home!!..u can watch some on youtube aswell...
just type in 'abs workout for women' and u will end up gettin a lot of videos...choose the best and the easiest for u....
