Ok, so I have a tank full of fish and I want to know if their are any real danger signs

Ok so at this current time I have an upside down cat fish, 3 kiss fish, 3 angel fish, one whisker catfish(Made up name, he has very long whiskers), A peacock eel, 3 silver and black little random things(Only like 4 in), a small sucker fish(Only gets 2in, worries about him), a golden dojo loach, a little red tipped shark, 2 cherry barbs, 2 mollies( people warned me about putting them in because they would get killed but I did and they actually beat up on my other fish), I have a Betta I would like to add but I think he would be killed or kill. Anything you see wrong?
 
Do not add the betta the barbs and eel are too aggressive and even the mollies might pick the bettas fins. A betta would die if added into that tank.
