OK my computer is being weird and the screen is like bouncing up and down...?

and so I can't see the startbar! so I cant shut down! what's that shortcut you can do to get that big box up where it has all those options about shutting down and stuff. i think it says the computer's been locked....

i thought it was control alt delete but that's task manager so obvs not ....
 
umm so your start bar is going up and down?? or the entire screen.?

if your start bar is the one going up and down. Then to get it back up just direct your mouse all the way down and you'll see the start bar. If you don't want that to happen again, just right click your start bar and select properties. and then just uncheck "auto hide the task bar"

i never had my entire screen bouncing up and down lol so i don't know about that.

are you talking about msconfig
but i think task manager is the right option
