...SIDE of my picture on myspace? for example, my picture is standing up right, u have to turn ur head to see what my name says
 
I don't have any experience (at all) with Photoshop, but either way, I just prefer basic Microsoft Paint, in your accessories folder in the start menu.

What I would do is type your name on Paint using the font you like, select your picture using the Select tool. After that, click on the Image tab at the top, and choose the flip/rotate figure. Then, change your picture as you please.
