It is Anxiety...........panic attacks brought on by anxiety. I just started from 20 mgs of Prozac to 30mgs, week four and noticed this morning my hanRAB and feet were sweaty........errrrrrrrrrr

I know Anxiety and Depression go together...........not working has really made my anxiety worse.........I do work out and drink plenty of water.

What else can I do for my anxiety????? It is sky high right now.........Oh, I take Klopolin .5 but get so sleepy on it.(BUT NEED IT)..............any suggestions?

I do think the Prozac is helping a bit........will give it more time....but the anxiety it seems to be getting more intense...........please advise?

Thank you wonderful people for listening..........I need worRAB of encouragement.

God Bless............

hi my friend your anxiety gets worse because you know its there and because its a horrible feeling its hard to let it go just like when you are paralysed with fright you are so tense this is just milder.
For someone like you i would try distraction methoRAB as they do work when anxiety is high .
If you was in your house at 12 midday and you had 5 hours spare and you didnt have nothing to do but think about your anxiety it would surely come to you
BUT if at 12 midday your friend called to the house and said lets go out for awalk i bet you the anxiety would like to call on you but being with a friend and having a laugh you prevent anxiety from gaining power as there is no build up and when you realise that you can actually beat it and have it under control through distraction you gain an insight into how it works ANXIETY HOLRAB NO POWER IF YOU DONT THINK OF IT

hi my friend have you ever been working somewhere its boring and you are constantly looking at the clock as you want to finish doesnt the minutes tick away so slow and for one hour to pass it takes forever because you are very aware of the time.
Have you ever been working somewhere another day having a lovely day feeling good with frienRAB and you look at the clock and its nearly time to finish and you think i have had such a nice day i havent looked at the clock because my mind has been somewhere else because the distraction was more powerful than thinking about the time and finishing work .
ITS THE SAME WITH ANXIETY STOP BEING SO AWARE OF IT AND YOU WILL FORGET ABOUT IT.

I think I am finally seeing the light........I am going to make this a task to achieve.....you are so right...........
