ok im stuned with this suburban electronics please help?

its a 2000's suburbans its a freind of mines... last year she had someone install a new head unit in it... ever since then her driver seat controls are all reversed (if you push front it goes back) her abs and parking brake lights stay lit.... please help??
its got me beat i have no clue
 
you need the original radio for things like that to function properly, you have to get a special wiring harness for the radio that might not be installed, it costs around $100 and you might notice things like your chime doesn't work.
