Ok I'm ready for the army reserve....?

I need some documents for my ankle surgery which i have metal plates and screws, It works fine I never have pain. But what else do I have to do to make sure they will accept me?What do I have to bring to my recruiter to make it in with the surgery?
 
I am sure that right now they would take anyone. Ask your recruiter to help you. They get a commission for anyone they sign so I am sure he/she wants you to be accepted.
