ok im cooking at the moment some buffalo wings. there is this black substance...

ummm grose throw them away!!! the only thing I can think of is maybe they r expired, or maybe its the seasoning...no clue but approach with caution
 
its blood..

are you making them fresh or did you buy them already made??

if fresh when Im frying the wings I always poke holes in them so the blood can come out while cooking
