Well, my till rights were suspended and to the best of my knowledge, I am not allowed to handle money. However, this decision was made by cash control, not my immediate supervisor. I work in the food service department of an amusement park. Anyway, I don't know what I was doing wrong...
Moving on. Ok, so I thought I couldn't become a lead because I'm not able to do money transactions. I mean, if I could became a lead, I could do refunds, but I don't think I'd be able to exchange coins for dollars, etc.
Anyway, I'm an extremely hard worker. My supervisors and leads recognize that. Today, my supervisor left. (family emergency), and sent a lead in fron another restaurant, but told me that I would basically be running the restaurant... & I did fine with it. The regular lead had the day off.
After work today, I was preparing everything for tomorrow after everyone had left and my lead mentioned that he thought that I should become a lead, and he knows I can't run a till.....
So, do you think there really is a chance of me becoming a lead, based on what I've told ya'll? I didn't think I had a chance, after all that has happened, until today. Do you think my supervisor will even consider me?
