Ok iam going hiking for a couple of months later on and i need food but what food ?

Ok so i cant "Hunt".
I cant have "Cans" because it will get to heavy.

So what food can i carry with me that will last for about i dont know 2 months more or less ?
iam not allowed to hunt .
