Ok i need help with a law question?

I live in detroit michigan, and i want to know if any one has the number for the cops or what ever they are called that pay a 1000 if you tell on someone that is doing something illegal and please dont tell me to call 911, cause they are going to give me so much drama and at the end they wont do crap. SO again i need the number for the people that will give 1000 to snitch on someone no jokes please this is serious.
 
there should be a backline number to your local police station...the fbi will hire snitches too, they pay well.
