Ok I just took an ovulation test and it's positive. My husband and I have had

sex the past 3 days straight.? Since I just took the ovulation test, if I skip sex today would that hurt the chances of conceiving. I want to rest and I want my husband to replenish himself too. I just don't want to miss the chance when I know it's positive.
