G George M Guest Mar 20, 2009 #3 start ripping apart beginning at top of motor. perhaps it seized the cam which will mean a new head and cam. the worst will be if it seized the crank which means you have a new boat anchor.

H hookerln Guest Mar 20, 2009 #5 sounds like the piston is locked up in the jug. if so you may be able to just get the top end bored and a new piston and rings. good luck.
