have photos? and is there any programs that will hear my story to help people the effect of what happen to a kid
i really dont know how often her gave me i oly have two photos too scare to ask him
 
Oh fiddle sticks. My husband put away a beer a day in Germany as a kid and he is a top level scientist. You would have to have been drinking an enormous about to affect you.
 
I'm sorry but I've NEVER heard of beer giving someone a learning disability, not even if you consumed it as a kid. Depending on how often one consumes it, it could affect the liver and maybe other organs, however I don't think it affects the brain...other than a temporary high from the alcohol. Your dad should not have given you alcohol when you were a kid, what kind of parent does this? You didn't mention how often your dad gave you beer, however he was not being a good parent in doing such a thing!!!

I agree with trz4eva- you should definetly write a book about it, the dangers of extreme under-age drinking...it would be a great seller too.
follow your dreams because if you really want something it will happen, a combination of hard work and a little luck!
