Why do people start sentences with "OK"? There are 4 things that need to happen for an internal combustion engine to start and run. There must be fuel present. There must be a spark. There must be compression. The spark must occur at the correct time.

You seem to have fuel and spark. Have the compression checked to make sure the valves are completely closing and the gasket is intact. Make sure that your timing is correct. The over-torque condition, (wrong gear), could have caused a timing chain problem.
