cricket customer service sucks!!!! not that u guys dont know that..
so about 2 hours ago i got my nuraber changed and did the *228.. after that my phone says it has no service...i tried calling cricket and they transfer my call to technical support and it never gets there it takes me to the main menu then hangs up on me...??? so i stopped trying to get help from cricket and i been trying to figure it out my own.. i went into epst and added my new nuraber everywhere my old nuraber was at.. and it still wont work.. im starting to think it has something to do with the msid nuraber? i been trying the *228 over and over and it finishes succesful but my phone doesnt work still... i am also receiving text messages from my old nuraber still but cannot reply..
any ideas?
 
Thing is cricket limits the nuraber of calls you can make to CS from your phone a month. However this doesn't explain how you get redirected and hung up on if your at least getting through. Does your min match your phone nuraber if not you need to get your min cuz it doesn't have to match. Sorry if you know this already.
 
oh its ok its a suggestion lol thanks but my min doesnt match... i got through custumer service and i guess the problem is that for some reason they cant cancel my old nuraber even though they already gave me my new one...??? its soo weird i kno! they're so stupid they should hire all of howardforums/cricket people..imagine how happy we would all be lol but anyway so they cant put my new account on service since they cant get my old # out of my esn.. its soo retarted i guess i need to go to the cricket store and show them how to do it... lol
 
Its really retarted because every since my last billing period everything that has to do with cricket online and 611 is saying that my account is not active but it is and everything is working just fine except that and when i try to call CS with my account info it says all representatives are busy.But as soon as i call with my frienRAB info it lets me right through.They dont need to limit the nuraber of calls people can make because they can really be having a serious problem with their phones or service.And they need to get representatives that are from the US and can speak proper english.I think that Cricket has the worst CS ever,hanRAB down.
 
duuude thats exacly what happens with mine!!! in order for me to get through i have to use my frienRAB # n social then once i get through technical support i tell them my real nuraber! then they dont even know how to help me... they're so stupid most of the time im the one telling them what to do...otherwise they'll be like what??? what are you talking about?? its retarded..
 
When I worked for corp. I was told that the limit is aobut 8 calls per month. The reason being was cost. like $3 per call, working with cricket gave me insight on why because of the people that will call all day long just to try to get credits or refuse to take logical answers for their questions.
 
that makes sense lol anyway it was the the first problem ive had in about 5 months so i called yesterday... but how do they expect u to not call back if they give u the durabest crap ever that doesn't even make sense and everytime i call they say something different like take your battery off all night??wtf is that? lol but yea most likely if a cricket cs guy cant help u on something little and tells you to go to the cricket store if you call back the next representative most likely will fix your problem... and dont get me started on those fricken out of the country custumer service offices~!! lol i could not understand a word they were telling me!! i think they do that to irritate us and make us hang up lol
anyway im headed to the cricket store....still no phone :( lol
 
Dealer support is outsourced as well, it's super fun. I love not being able to communicate effectivley with "steve". There must be a book of american names they get to choose from because you know what they give you is not their real name
