I think Dent is alive. He's probably at Arkem Asylum or something. They faked his death.
Chinese dude probably died on top of the money.

how about this one? when wayne races on the bike to that apartment, he leaves his fingerprints on the door, tape he took off of the tied up cops mouth AND the rangefinder/scope. you never see him clean it up.

there were a bunch of tied up policemen in that room whose uniforms had been used in the assassination attempt. i don't doubt they went back in there.
