I used to be very good at cross country, but I've slowly gotten worse and worse as my race pace has approached my sprint pace. I can sprint at about 9 miles an hour, which is way too slow. Are there any ways to improve this?
I don't have the time to work at it for more than an hour a day, but anything less is great!
