Oil skimming ships were ordered to halt operations

because the Coast Guard had to verify they had fire extinguishers and life jackets on board.

Cry about it. It's already been done. I've already said that I don't agree with a full halt of the ships but in the grand scheme of things, 6 vessels being out of commission for a working day isn't going to dramatically impact clean up efforts.

And people would bitch about the government officials nrabroad
properly checking for life jackets and extinguishers. Either way, you faggrabroad
s will cry.

it was a duplicateish post of a post I didn't think made it through before my connection timed out. I'm happy to have brabroad
h up though what's an idrabroad
h?

No it probably won't but that's nrabroad
really the point. It was a complete halt of a portion of the cleanup effort. Unlike Hayward watching a yacht race, those ships were actively collecting thousands upon thousands of gallons of oil each day.

Oh no. Jethro fell overboard. Now we have to stop skimming oil and fish out his body. Oh no, the galley on that barge is on fire. We have to stop skimming oil and go help them.

When is it enough indeed?

Yes. My correctness because I, personally, set maritime safety standards.

Ask yourself the same question, turnscrew. You obviously had whatever functions between your earlobes set after twenty seconds of reading. TEH COAST GUARD IS BAD. We get it.

I love the coast guard as a member of my family was a pilrabroad
who personally rescued people what I dislike is the red tape preventing people from helping themselves under the guise that they aren't concerned enough for their own safety.
