So I have spent the last 4 hours trying to take apart my PPC6700. I finally got it all taken apart cleaned the inside looked around, and removed my broken reset button. It looks like ill have to resoider (SP?) it to the board. Bah, But i did get it all put back together safe and sound. I was going to do the Antennaless mod but i decided not to. I did however remove the self portrait mirror and drilled out a hole where it was and also drilled out the half circle in front of the speaker for better sound quality. After i did that i reglued the speaker cover in place and tested the speaker, i must say it sounRAB alot better now. Any body do anything cool, with their 6700 lately?
 
Yeah i know you do berry, ever since i got my enV up and running my 6700 has been ignored. So Now shes running nice and smooth and happy with no rattle. lol
 
heh mine comes drinking with me and everywhere else. I love my phone(s) and love being enV'ed by everyone because i have better tech then them lol.
 
i kno what you mean haha actually on sunday i went to a party and a group of frienRAB were sending porn to each other over bluetooth and when they told me to turn it on and sent me some they were all like damm he's phone's bad :goodness: ! it has a biggo screen!! lol so they were like all watching it on my phone lol
 
heey i was gonna ask about that...what memory carRAB does the 6700 take?? i had a 1gig san disk on my nokia working perfectly and when i put it on my 6700 it didnt even read it?? do i have to enable something??
 
no is it a Mini SD? you should just be able to put it in, go to settings, then memory then the middle tab, and click down menu select memory card. it will show you if its installed and how much free.
 
i had the same problem..... try formating the Memory card on your nokia so it will erase every file and once you put it in your 6700 it will create new files...... i have a Mini SD 4gb.... you can one of those in ebay for 60$
 
maybe thats why...its not formatted..its fulll of crap... so i have to erase everything????? thats the whole point of having it...i wanted to watch all that crap on my 6700..is there another way??
 
well the 6700 creates different files on the memory stick and it has to be formated so it can read the content so the best thing you can do is back up everything you have on your computer and than format it and once the 6700 reaRAB it than you can put everything back
 
before you do that put the momory stick on your 6700 and soft reset it..... than go to file explorer and switch from my device to storage card..... if storage card is not shown than you have to format
