Im still not able to view html emails. Ive resent my service books and the option to view emails in html is there and I have it on Yes, but still nothing. help.
 
yes but you have to install it with DM. After you upgrade your OS and all is working ok bring up DM hit application manager then add remove apps. scroll all the way down and click the Docs to go box .. that will install it
 
the upgrade installed fine, but now my BB stuck in 1 Infinite Loop (no pun intended). 5 minutes after it turns on, it gets stuck on whatever page I'm looking at. Going to uninstall 4.5, re-install 4.2.2 and use the newest desktop manager, hopefully that works.
 
Anyone tried to download the DM Tmo has? I have Vista Home Premium x64 Bit and its not compatible with this version I guess only x32 Bit Versions?
 
Being that the new Kickstart is basically the same as the Pearl 8120, does anyone know if the OS for the Kickstart compatible with the 8120?
 
Thanks for the help! Got it installed. No excel type program included? I just got a word type file and a powerpoint type file. I can do without the other two, but would really like an excel type file.
