Is 4.6 REQUIRED for 4.5.0.81 update? Or will 4.5 DM work?

my question is this : I already downloaded and installed 4.5.0.81 with the rodgers release.. I downloaded the 4.5.0.81 tmobile release and it doesn't prompt to install.. Is there any difference, or will I notice any difference between the two?
