Sorry I tried editing. Is that 04399 for the entire country with the nationwide service? I updated my service but couldn't get *228 to get rid of the 38515.
 
If im not mistaken 4399 is a nation wide EVDO Non AWS, its what i use for my touch pro. It is a roaming prl, but will do no good until you call cricket and have them activate roaming on your account.
 
I believe radio is correct.

Also, in the past I have had to revert to the 1042.prl first (manually using QPST), then use *228 and it would update my PRL. With other PRL's installed, the *228 failed.
 
With 1042 *228 updates to 4399. But the lady at cricket says thats the wrong PRL and not to *228. When its on 4399 I lose web! It keeps saying Username or Password is incorrect. I was told by her (cricket lady) that 6249 (I believe thats right) is the 505 PRL. But I don't have it and don't know how to get it. I don't think cricket can give me a PRL file on a SD card or USB Pen drive or something. I'm going to try one of the 4000's out in town since I tested all 4 of them (4199, 4299, 4399 and 4499) in a roaming area and they worked. Just gotta make sure I got Web in full coverage area's.
 
Here is a PRL file I have not seen before, 41115. I got it by telling cricket that the girl turned off my roaming and so he turned it back on and I did a *228 and got this. However I don't know why but Internet fails. Keeps saying invalid UN/PW. But I have confirmed it works with the new Nationwide Service the way its supposed to.

***UPDATE*** Ok, I guess Cricket doesn't have EVDO? or what. IDK. But the 4012 Works! I tried 41012 and the roaming was killer! When I'm home, where its roaming, it never will download any missed text messages until I'm in full coverage. IF a message is sent while its in coverage it will get it, just not the ones that are waiting. Well this time it downloaded alll of them the second that PRL was loaded. But when I got into town, no Web. So I'm now on the 1X PRL and I got web, hope the roaming is the same! Thanks mang!
 
haha... Angel, even 41012 or 4012? 41012 Roaming ROCKS! Works in area's it never did before. BUT web does not work! I then tried 4012 and web works! As I got into a roaming area I lost all service! So I'm back at square one. WTF! I need a good Roaming 1x (I guess since the EVDO one didn't work with web) Nationwide PRL!

Ok, my question is, I have two PRL Files, One works with web but not roaming, and other works with roaming but not web. Is there any way I can copy one of these PRL Files and change things inside it to look similar to the other so I have one PRL file that works with both? It just has to be some kinda setting right?
 
has anyone found a proper roaming PRL on nationwide? I've tried 4012, 41012 and my native 4399.

if it makes a difference, I have a bb tour 9630 and mainly am looking to find roaming in Canada (Niagara Falls/Toronto). I've had no such luck - I keep getting "10 T 2, your phone is not activated"
