I'm just saying that everybody realizes that the Czech has more talent on the field. Just look at where they play and the names associated with them.
 
Of course the real issue here is that they are choosing to advertise now, ..., I mean its not like its just after Xmas which is normally seen as the high season for drowning kittens & puppies
 
On a show here called soccer am they get people to email in about their friends who have weddings on football match days and they name and shame them on TV and show a stupid pic of them taking the piss.
 
I always feel bad for Spanish-Americans....people would accidently call them Hispanic/Mexican/Puerto Rican all the time and they would get very very very upset.


My poor friend Iban flipped out everytime someone called him hispanic
 
We already had the breakdown days ago.

People started this by bringing up how US fans on OT were some kind of huge shit talkers saying we were going to annhilate Czech when REALITY was that there were 5 times as many shit talkers saying how we were going to get shitted on and they hate us and American football will always be a joke. Shit, check the thread if you want. The haters grew exponentially as every goal went in. Real easy to talk big when they're saying it in hindsight.

My point was that they did choke and that wasn't the best of their ability. None of this is relevant. We're defending against people who say we had unrealistic expectations. Not what we fucked up, we could see pretty clear what was going on even during the game.
 
I assume it was a tribute to Otilino Tenorio who died in a car accident last may aged 23. He was an Ecuadorian striker, who would pull out and put on a spiderman mask when he scored. He was known as spiderman.
