Was it just blood? I couldn't tell from the clip I saw.

Already doing Saw 5?(unless you meant the scriptwriting) they haven't even finished Saw 4 yet...

The knife chair looks awful in Saw 4, ugh.
 
I wouldn't say it's anywhere near the "gross-ness" that was in the previous films, i do however like the cleverness of having one man blind and one man mute, and both unable to help each other, i thought it was quite tense actually.
 
Yawn. This has to be the most depressing, humourless, repetitive horror franchise ever concieved - even the creators are bored with it and trying to do different things. I'd rather see Saw: The Musical than Saw IV to be honest.

I must say it does wear a bit thin, and the last two shocks have been nothing compared to the first film's twist.

However, I just love the ingenious machines the people get put in. Wouldn't fancy it myself though :eek:
 
Looking forward to this. I am quite a fan of this series. The horror genre is riddled with slashing serial killers, or the paranormal. Saw brings something new, and I think that's why I like it. Saw III did drift a little away from the ingenious kills and into needless gore, however from the trailer at least it seems the ingenious kills are back.
 
I haven't seen anything official about filming 4 and 5 together.

Talking of a Saw musical, the director of the second Saw movie is making a horror 'musical' called Repo, can't remember the rest of the film title.
