I wouldn't say it's anywhere near the "gross-ness" that was in the previous films, i do however like the cleverness of having one man blind and one man mute, and both unable to help each other, i thought it was quite tense actually.
Yawn. This has to be the most depressing, humourless, repetitive horror franchise ever concieved - even the creators are bored with it and trying to do different things. I'd rather see Saw: The Musical than Saw IV to be honest.
Looking forward to this. I am quite a fan of this series. The horror genre is riddled with slashing serial killers, or the paranormal. Saw brings something new, and I think that's why I like it. Saw III did drift a little away from the ingenious kills and into needless gore, however from the trailer at least it seems the ingenious kills are back.
