Well.. now the teaser is out, what do people think?
Personally it looks good in my eyes, although the trailer may be misleading ( which i doubt) i think this could be a pretty good Bond film.... What do you think?

Oh yeah and please no backlashing Craig - this is a *nice* Bond thread :p

I for one am looking forward to this film having just finished the book. I hope the film captures the grittiness of the book and isn't too 'hollywood'.

I also think Daniel Craig will be good :)
 
I can't believe it's out in a few months, they've barely just finished filming it. (Although it probably doesn't have that much CGI now following DAD)
 
Whilst i like the clip, i have a feeling they've gone a little bit left field with this movie. I don't know if seeing James Bond starting out is necessarliy the right thing to do. I think Craig will be a good bond from the looks of things, but seems a bit Dalton esque (trying to take the character of bond a little too seriously). I can see parralels between this and for your eyes only, where they radically changed the direction of the movies in a grittier direction after moonraker got a bit silly (as did die another day). Whilst i like the gritty feel of Casino royale i hope its not a humourless affair...But i guess we cant tell too much in a minute long clip.
 
End of November, apparently, so that's still a fair while.

Mind you, they chose to debut the trailer in the same week another super spy franchise returns to the screen (M:I:3)

Coincidence or not?
